What Happens After You Book
A plain-language walkthrough of the diagnostic session — so there are no surprises.
You scheduled Phase 1 of the Financial Resilience Diagnostic. Phase 1 is a 45-minute session, no charge. It produces a written one-page Financial Exposure Map — a plain-language document showing where your household's financial picture has gaps and where it doesn't.
This is not a sales call. The session ends with a document, not a pitch. If there's something to address, I name it and we have a separate conversation about whether and how to fix it. If there's nothing to address, I tell you that.
-
1You'll receive a pre-session worksheetA short document — 10 minutes to fill out. It covers your income sources, existing coverage, and any financial events on the horizon. Brings the session up to speed faster.
-
2We run the diagnostic — 45 minutesSix pillars: income continuity, liquidity and buffer, health and care, market and inflation defense, longevity and retirement, and legacy and estate. We also check how your existing policies work together. I ask questions. You answer honestly. We go through what you have.
-
3You receive the written MapWithin 48 hours of the session, you get a one-page Financial Exposure Map. It summarizes what we found: what's covered, what's not, and where the exposure is. Yours to keep regardless of what comes next.
-
4We decide together if there's a next stepIf the Map surfaces something worth addressing, we schedule a separate conversation. No obligation, no pressure in the first session.
What to bring: Any existing policy documents you have access to — life, disability, long-term care. If you don't have them, we work from what you remember. The worksheet handles the rest.
What to leave behind: Expectations that this ends in a product recommendation on the same call. It doesn't. The diagnostic is a fact-finding session first.
